Channel3 Partner Program

Enable AI-ready catalogs for your merchants — with a hosted onboarding, a simple API, and an ops dashboard to manage it all

Open in Claude
Enterprise partners only

The Partner Program is available to select enterprise platforms. Contact support@trychannel3.com if you’re interested.

AI platforms need good product data, but merchants rarely have time to clean it up — and for enterprise catalogs with millions of SKUs, manual cleanup is not feasible.

Select partners can embed Channel3 to offer their merchants structured, AI-ready catalogs and automatic distribution to ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot.

Merchants connect through a hosted page co-branded with your logo and colors. You integrate with a small server-side API, and Channel3 handles the rest.

After a merchant connects

Once you provision a merchant — or they finish the hosted connect flow — Channel3 owns the catalog pipeline end to end:

  • Ingest from e-commerce platforms, ERPs, custom API connection, or live PDPs
  • Normalize raw fields into structured records with variants, categories, and destination-specific specs
  • Enrich so AI agents can reason about products accurately
  • Distribute feeds to Google, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and other AI shopping surfaces
  • Re-sync continuously as merchant catalogs change

You do not run infrastructure, store credentials, or maintain platform integrations.

How it works

Three surfaces work together. The Partner API is your server-side control plane — four endpoints that onboard merchants, launch connect flows, and read connection state. The hosted connect page is where merchants link stores and destinations. The observability dashboard is where your team operates catalogs on their behalf.

What the Partner API lets you do

The API covers merchant lifecycle and connect orchestration — not catalog editing or feed management. Channel3 runs the pipeline; you call the API where your product meets the merchant.

Create merchant

Create merchant — register a customer when they sign up. Returns a stable customer_id. Channel3 starts crawling their storefront with no connect flow required.

Create connect session

Create connect session — send a merchant to your co-branded hosted page when they are ready to link Shopify, Google, OpenAI, or other platforms.

List connections

List connections — read import sources, destinations, and sync status after connect, or poll from your own UI.

List merchants

List merchants — reconcile or sync every merchant you have provisioned under your partner account.

See API Overview for authentication, request patterns, and what stays on Channel3 vs. what you call from your server.

What Channel3 runs for your merchants

You provision the merchant and redirect them to connect. Channel3 owns the pipeline after that — ingestion through distribution — at any scale.

One integration, every source

Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Salesforce, Akeneo, Oracle NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O), Infor CloudSuite, Sage X3, and live PDPs — normalized into one product graph. ERP connections are set up with Channel3 support.

Structured by default

Raw fields become clean records: titles, attributes, variants, categories, sizing, and more — mapped to each destination’s spec.

Rich product understanding

We extract and structure data from images, so agents can reason about products as clearly as a human shopper.

Feeds for every channel

Structured data standardized and distributed to Google, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and the long tail of AI shopping surfaces.

Always in sync

Catalogs re-sync as sources change, so data stays fresh across every destination.

Built for millions of SKUs

From a single store to your largest enterprise merchants, the pipeline scales without you managing infrastructure.

White-glove service without building an admin product

The observability dashboard lets your enterprise team operate catalogs on behalf of merchants — switch between every customer you provision, inspect their product data, and check per-destination sync status without writing scripts or opening tickets with Channel3.

When a merchant asks why products are not showing on Copilot or whether their Google feed is syncing, your support team can jump to that customer, review their catalog, and see live connection state (account IDs, last sync time, products synced). That is how you offer white-glove catalog service as a differentiated part of your platform: Channel3 runs the pipeline, and your team has the visibility to back it with hands-on support.
